About Data Support Specialist
As a data support specialist, you are responsible for handling emails/chats regarding product information and possible customer complaints. You will be providing the best solution based on the details provided by our customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Preferably with a College/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling an e-commerce account.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be a quick learner.
